Good service they have service in all major and urban cities fast service but they don’t deliver to door step we want to collect from office Some staff is not good they not tell any details about delivery some time they don’t call when the parcel is arrive they want to give good training to their staff and also want to tell them respect the customer !!

DTDC Manjeri doesn't provide delivery even within the municipality radius. They don't take customer feedback seriously, want customers to do their job, trying to save by cutting their services down. Use DTDC in this location cautiously until they revise their ideas of service!

Doesn't do home delivery of packages. Message received as 'attempted to deliver', but in reality they haven't made any effort. Moreover no prior safety for the packages being sent, as I witnessed most of the packages lying here and there in their office.
