Worst delivery service.. Actually they dont need any star.. They were supposed to deliver my package on 9th feb.. But i didnt got it so i tracked my order and it showed that the package is at my nearest ecom office for last 1wk... After filing a complaint they msged me for delivery..i received a call from them bt noone talked while the call was on. Later i received a msg that my location was undetectble as i was not attempting call.. Returning the package.. Even they dont have a proper customer care service.. No number to call or enquire.. Everything they have given on their website is fraud.

I have never seen such a great courier service anywhere else. Oola staff, we will know when the item is returned because they will not call us when it arrives. Many miles to live on. Very bad customer service. Staffs are useless they don't even try to contact customers. If we try to contact them they will avoid it, its my experience.

It's located before Pazhakutty junction bridge.On the turning there's a Vembayam sign board, Turn left- move forward. It's located on the right side.It was Very tough to find the place. No contact number. No on time delivery. All over India, the Ecom express creating problems for the customer.

The delivery person is not at all interested in calling the person and they are out for delivery for the past three days and not even showing intrest in delivering the product. Other services are delivering the products and only this particular service can't deliver the product . Pathetic situation. And they don't have any respect towards the female customer. I went there to collect my products and certain men from there is making fun of me .

Utterly disappointed. My package arrived at the delivery center and stayed there for 2 days until I myself gone to the office and collected the package. Even then they showed no interest in speeding things up. I sincerely recommend Reliance digital to use a different logistics. IT TOOK THEM 21 days to get the package to the delivery center from Bangalore which at the first place is inexcusable. These people don't even have a phone number to contact

0.001 rating I have ordered a product on june 12. I have not recieved a single call till today regarding its delivery. On today evening I got a call from a delivery person and he says that my area is not deliverable and he is asking me to come 25 km away from my mentioned delivery location if I want that product and he is suggesting me to cancel the order and he disconnected the call .After a few minutes I got an updation that the product not deleverable on my location.I have placed my order by confirming the pincode then how can they say my area is not serviceable ? .I have placed this order for my urgent need ,and I have been patient for 25 days because of this pandemic.See how horrible is this a delivery person suggesting the buyer to cancel an order take my money back,I don't need others' advice to cancel my order and I m not ordered to cancel it ,The person owes to deliver a product is suggesting to cancel it,what the hell is going on ?.I am facing a very bad experience from your side like never before .I want that product at any cost .I need urgent reply from your side.I have also orderd another three products from amazone and please understand how I believed you , Waiting for justice and positive feedback from your side asap
