Very poor service I didn't receive my consignment which reached at Patiala before a week time. In the tracking history they are showing that on the request of customer we have rescheduled delivery whereas customer has never talked to them as they don't even receive the calls.

Pathetic service and they disconnect call on costumer. One of their representatives verified address in morning and then package wasnt delivered till evening. It is express courier and thats how their service is! Its worst service i have seen amd experienced for price and unprofessional behaviour wasnt tolerable. They disconnect call on you, dont tell you update and rude behaviour.

Guys they delete reviews unresponsive to landline calls. They don't comprehend that the day u don't deliver is considered cancelled and next day delivery is rescheduled. U need to have personal delivery boy information before placing your order otherwise they are going to misbehave and accuse you to write wrong number . Annoying and awkward communication systems like u need external source to reach to these people and they mostly call u to head office if u don't demand or parcel. Bullying customer and even harassing publically. Roasting in comments and accuse u to not have manners LOL
