They are highly unprofessional. Charges to deliver parcel by air but not do so. It took 12 days by air to reach my parcel from bhagalpur to haryana. They don't even inform customer after parcel reaches destination. In between They even repack and misplace inside items... without taking permission. Rodents and mice cut the package and they shamelessly repack it. Don't use this courier. Worst courier service.

Though they call themselves as Professional courier they are highly unprofessional and least bothered about the customer’s consignment. A parcel of mine was despatched from Kerala on 13th April, 2023 and this day being 29th April, 2023 I have not received my parcel. Upon enquiring about the whereabouts of the parcel, the staff are not ready to tell the exact location and reacted back with a threat to return back the parcel. This courier service is least recommended by me to anyone who wishes to send a parcel
