Very bad service. Not at all geniune. I had to pickup the package myself since it was not delivered even after 3 days and had to pay delivery charge. The frame of the sewing machine made of iron was broken due to carless handling and the screws were missing. When I called them to ask about this they were shouting at me as if I have broken it even though I had proof that it was not broken at the time it was couriered. Worst customer service. Don't use their sevice if you want your package delivered saftely without any damage on time

Worst corrier service in town.they don’t deliver the parcel to home.Even if we go there for collecting the parcel they will let you wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Staffs running everywhere in the office for finding the parcel😂 Also they have a special facility,they returns the package without even calling the customer

These guys DTDC at Attingal are very very worst. Very poor service and really rude to customers once if we enquire about order or delivery. I didn't get timely information or delivery for my couriers not even once. If we ask for delivery they will speak rudly yo customers.

No home delivery, the sfatt is very rude, they are misbehaving to customers. No responsibility, very poor, worst service ever. DTDC Kilimanoor (Trivandrum Dist) There is no other service like this. Kilimanoor dtdc staffs should learn to behave a little more politely, be it on the phone or in person, the behavior is as if they are doing something generous. India Post is much better than this. .My review is for Kilimanoor agency not for entire DTDC ... for the last 3 years i am getting very bad experience with your agency.

Moyalali said that we are still like this...
