This is the worst hotel i have ever book through Oyo app. Hotel staff were drunk, making no efforts to clean the rooms. We wanted to cancel the booking in the hotel but oyo's customer care refused it. It was a horrible n pathetic hotel don't go there.

The rooms are shabby and not ventilated. The only good thing is its locality. The RK ASHRAM station of BLUE LINE is at a walking distance of about 400-500 metre and the New Delhi railway station is about 1.5 km only. Usually there is heavy traffic and walking is the best option to reach here

Hotel staff was very rude, had to wait for an hour for check-in. Though AC room was booked, they provided a non-ac dirty room. After arguing - next day they provided an AC room that too they said the AC will only on for 2-3 hours and not more than that. Room landline was dead/not working, washroom was very dirty, hotel don't even provide drinking water, you have to buy water bottles from outside. Still hotel manager was asking to give 5 star rating. Overall bad experience and not suggested to stay more than a day.

WORST HOTEL EVER, I have been a regular traveller and this was the worst stay I had. few points due to which this hotel is the WORST.. 1. They show AC and WiFi as amenities but once you check in, they would ask you to pay extra or stay in Non-AC, there is no wifi as well 2. The hotel said that the owner changed after 2 days of stay and asked to checkout or pay extra for the room (we booked for 4 nights though) 3. The reception roams around in a short and keeps chewing tobacco most of the time and looks at the women in a bad way, also he keeps peeping in the room and disturbing very often. 4. The whole staff is very mean and rude, no cleanliness at all. suggest you not to book, this is a 1star hotel ALSO MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T GIVE YOUR PHONE TO RECEPTIONIST, HE TAKES YOUR PHONE AND GIVES HIMSELF RATING

Pathetic! First of all, I booked for an AC room on OYO but when I arrived at the hotel, they charged me 1100 rupees extra for the AC room. Second, the room wasn't hygienic, the toilet seat was broken, taps were leaky. Service wasn't good either. Third, at the time of check-out, I was charged for the broken toilet seat which came off on its own. Fourth, the manager took my phone and rated the hotel himself on the app ( which explains all the 5 stars and the great reviews). This isn't the first time it has happened with me while booking a room on OYO. You guys should check with the hotel condition from time to time. Would give it negative ratings if the option was available.

DON'T EVEN THINK TO BOOK . This hotel doesn't deserve even any rating , 1 star is the minimum i have to give. Pros :- Nothing Cons :- 1)Attitude of manager is like , your are the prey and he is the Predator . They just don't beat you physically , except that , they do everything to torture you physically and mentally . 2) When you book it through online medium and reach hotel , they won't on AC . They say , "Do what you have to do , I'm not turning AC " They will charge you extra 500 bucks for AC. 3) All OYO reviews are fake , because manager snatches away phone from you , gave 5 star and remove booking details from your app , so you can't correct it later . 4) They had broken tap . 5) No jets . 6)Sand comes out from their water . 7) NO SERVICE . Literally i mean it . They don't even have water bottle . You've to go on your own . You've to go to the market to purchase everything . 8) Used bessheets 9) Dirty Potty sheets . 10) My hands are tired so ,, Otherwise i could write about this hotel for an eternity .

One of the worst hotels you can get in that area. Oyo rooms show the price of 450/- and when you reach the manager asks for 600/- extra. The rooms are smelly so they spray perfume and the toilets are very horrible, they are not properly cleaned and the AC doesn't cool much. Lastly the manager takes ur phone and gives a five star on his own in the Oyo rooms. Can't give a negative rating so 1star.
