Good service, friendly employees shipping charges are very reasonable. Many times I have sent and received my parcel boxes in VRL cargo services only some time boxes found damaged I suggest VRL cargo should take more responsibility about our parcel boxes.

Horrible experience. Had to wait for long time. They don't deliver things to home. Had to go and collect it. The date and time of arrival goods is not fixed. If you call them they rarely pickup any call.

I paid 3080rs to transport a bike from Udupi to banglore along with additional 300 for packing charge costing a total of 3380rs. My bike reached banglore after 4 days and didn't even get any call or text from VRL wether my bike had reached or not. by the time it reached banglore both the front indicators were completely broken, seatcover was toren. When I enquired about this in Udupi office, the manager told me that they are not responsible for my loss. This was one of the worst delivery provided by VRL

Worst service, They didn't call to collect courier from Hub. Staffs don't know how to talk with customer, rude behavior. They charging extra money for loading, unloading, hamali charges and other miscellaneous charges. Looting money for everything.

I have traveled from Bangalore to Udupi on 16/12/21 ( Bus number KA25D805). I had a worst experience by travelling in this bus. They are more interested in luggage transportation than passengers safety. Reached Udupi at 10 AM ,because of heavy luggage packed on top of the bus. ಬಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸಂಪಾದನೆ. ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ ಯಮ ಯಾತನೆ.
