Very bad service, pathetic. The behaviour of staff is fine but they lack professionalism.They can do well as there is lack of competition in Gumla, but if they keep this bad kind of attitude towards the service they will soon be replaced. My courier from gumla to Bangalore took around a month(this is too long). Any they were not able to help even for a bit.
