Review for Passport office- Location - 1st floor Steps to be followed(normal passport)- 1) Register yourself and create a new user ID 2) fill the e-form 3) select the documents 4) pay 1500/- and book the appointment 5) carry all required documents 6) reach 15 min earlier with your appointment receipt Documents required- 1) for non-ECR category, 10th certificate or the certificate of your highest qualification. 2) present Address proof 3) proof for place of birth Pros- 1) the person in charge is very polite and guide you in every way possible. 2) waiting hall Cons- 1) only a single employee has been appointed to do all the work. No helper nothing. 2) wash room are not clean at all. Suggestions- 1) the person in charge should be provided with a helper. 2) wash rooms should be clean.
