A tiny yet tidy office opposite the bus stand.. friendly and helpful staff.. fast delivery.. goods are delivered within 24hrs to any of their offices in Kerala..they dispatch the goods everyday at 4pm .. The only trouble is they don't deliver to your doorstep.. we have to collect it at their office.. but I guess all courier services are like that

If I could rate Zero, I will definitely rate Zero. We placed order on 16th of August and the DTDC courier tracking website is showing it is out for delivery since 19th of August. Today it is 28th of August we haven't received the item. Also while tracking the shipment there were two failure updates one them states that the receiver declined to receive, first of all which never happened we didn't receive any call and we are still waiting for the material since 16th of august 2021. As always, misleading and unfair to update from DTDC. Emailing the customer service team since then. No proper action.
