One of the worst hotel, I have stayed in. I booked my hotel through OYO. Once I reached there they didn't provide me the same room with the amenities included. They charged me extra money and didn't even give me the bill. All the staff members are very rude. Do not book your stay online and would not recommend anyone to stay here. There are better hotels nearby which gives better services in less price. Hotel Piarko dormitory's are way better which is just 2 minutes walk away from here.

It was a very bad experience. The manager of the hotel kept our IDS and kept my phone by saying he wants to cancel the booking because it was booked twice and charged me even more than shown in the OYO app. The room was very dirty, there were cockroaches in there. At the point of checkout he again asked for my phone and gave themselves 5 rating when they don’t even deserve 1 star. Beware not to prebook and think of staying here. Save your money and save your time.

Jaspreet is the owner - This hotel is listed on Oyo. Firstly he said not to pay online and pay when you come to hotel. On app it was showing me 700 bucks and I asked him, Do I need to pay more than this or same amount? He told please pay same amount only. My train was 3 hrs late so arrived at 12:30 am. I reached hotel at 1am. Later he asked me to pay 1000 bucks because of GST bill. A complete fraudster hotel better pay 1500 and stay in some standard hotel. Sub standards hotel by OYO.

Bad property. In very narrow lane. Small rooms. No cleanliness. Moreover rooms were not ready until 1 pm even. So had to cancel the booking. Though the staff had arranged a path guide to instruct, but rooms were not ready.

I booked the room from the Oyo app and during the time of booking it was confirmed that I'll be provided with a room with hot water. No tv, no wifi and no ac. I was okay with it. All i wanted was hot water. Upon arrival they asked for 600 extra and said i shouldn't have booked from the app as with that booking I wouldn't be getting hot water or any decent room for that matter. I was tired from travelling and it was my first time in Delhi so i reluctantly agreed to pay the extra 600 and get the room. The room was very poor in terms of quality. The floor was sticky, they didn't provide fresh towels, used napkins and soaps were kept unattended in the bathroom and the bedsheets had a very pungent odor. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I dont know how they are so highly rated in the oyo app but they are not even worth 1 star.

I don't wanna give single star to this hotel. It was one of worst hotel i have ever seen. I always trust Oyo but this time Oyo disappointed me, becoz this hotel was book after discussion with an Oyo executive. 1. Room was pathetic. Smelly bed sheets and blanket. 2. They waited me 1hr at reception. 3. Oyo said, it's 5 star hotel but it deserves -5 ⭐. 4. Staff was so irresponsible, rude, arrogant, they all need money nothing else. I would give -10 if rating has that option, giving 1 as it is the lowest possible rating. VERY WORST, PATHETIC hotel in my life. Room is very small, no hot water, only they will provide from 7-11. No wifi, no tv. Beds were not clean, bedsheet was used one. U should pay more than Oyo amount to get those useless hot water in specified time. No lift as well, worst hotel I have seen ever. Staff is also very rude, when u bath water is also not draining.

This hotel uploaded fake photos of rooms on OYO. Rooms are not as shown in photos . Rooms are congested and dirty. I was very disappointed when i reached the hotel. Apart from it, they kept me in waiting for room for 1.5 hour. They charged me 150 rupees as Tax. OYO should verify the hotel rooms.

It is near the New Delhi Railway station. I have booked one non-ac room with attached bathroom from OYO app with some special discounts. When I arrived the hotel, the manager charged me Rs. 200/- extra. He has not given any bill for the room. Room was not clean. A tiny wet towel was given. I have to asked several times to switch on the geyser. It is not at all recommended for family.

Please read my complete comment. This hotel is hell, Room is like garbage with dirty bed sheet. I booked this hotel from oyo, In oyo it was showing positive reviews with 4.5 stars. But the truth is here. While check-out they will take your mobile forcefully and they will give rating to their hotel. Also when i cheked in there they took 500 extra as they were drunked i afraid and gave him money. Whole night they were drinking and shouting. All hotels nearby to this hotel is same. Please do not book room from oyo. Instead manually visit and book hotels in good place. You can easily book good hotel under 1000. I also wrote comments on oyo but they cancelled my comments please do not trust Oyo.

Very bad experience at this hotel. 1. As I'd payed the bill at the time of booking through OYO app that is why I 'd suffered alot. 2. When I visited at the hotel reception he told me that your booked room has no facility such as - No wifi, no geysers, no blanket, etc. 3. He told me to pay Rs. 500 extra and he'd upgrade my room to his nearby property and according to him which is very clean and will have all the above facilities and I 'd get the room instantly without waiting too much. 4. As I was short of money so decided to stay in current room. 4. Then he ask me to pay 150 rupees more in the name of GST and Service charge ( about this nothing is mentioned in oyo app ) 5. When I pay him 150 rupees then he again insisted me to pay 350 rupees more to upgrade room to deluxe in his nearby property. I again told him I would stay in current room as I don't have enough cash . 6. Then he told me wait for half an hour and this wait continues to 2 hours. 7. When I checked the room the room was not clean, neither the bedsheet were clean nor the pillow covers were clean. 8. No towel was provided. 9. When I get to sleep there were too much noise disturbance that is why I didn't get sleep well. 10. On morning staffs were started loud music playing which was also very disturbing. 11. After all these I was surprised that how this hotel's rating are 4.2 above. But at the time of checkout my this doubt also got cleared. 12. At the time of checkout. OYO automatically check out at 11:00 AM. When I showed him I've been checked out he told me that you are not checked out, give me your mobile phone he's checkout. 13. He opens oyo app and self rated 5 star rating from my oyo booking app. Then I got to know how this third class hotel has managed to get 4.2 above star rating. 14. Later on oyo app I searched for edit rating and write review but didn't get any option to write review and my experience. 15 That is why writing my review on google. Please take this review seriously and don't visit for this third class hotel. Don't rely on rating and reviews as these reviews are self posted by hotel staff. 16. Staff's behavior was not polite to the guest they should know how to behave with the guests. 17. It took me half an hour to write this review so anyone reading this please don't stay in this hotel 4.2 star rating and review which you'll see in oyo app it's all fake reviews posted by hotel staffs.

First of all, you have to pay the rickshaw charges of the receiver who will come to recieve you if you are traveling by public transport. Secondly when I was there to check in, the receptionist told me that you could provide 150Rs extra then they can offer me a room on ground or first floor which will be somewhat cooler as compared to the top floor. So I payed the extra amount too but they still gave me the room on top floor. During midnight when I felt some hunger as I was having a fast a day before, I google there was an open store nearby so I decided to take some meal, when I reached the reception, the receptionist was sleeping and when I woke him up and told to unlock the door so I could go outside and have some food, he told me there is no open store nearby and nothing is available to eat outside. They ask for extra money on everything and that to with arrogance.

Zero rating. It was 5am in the Morning, we booked this room long back and visiting from Manali to Delhi. We reached this hotel at early morning and we didnt know the area was slum/market area but still wanted to check-in but the owner refused to give us room and mentioned that he didnt receive any confirmation regarding our stay. Such a lie after receiving payment!! We took this stay only for the sake of Getting fresh-up but the owner is very rude, they were sleeping on floor and browsed his mobile for 5min and said no and slept away. My husband kept silent only because his wife (me) was standing outside with luggage in unknow city. We didnt argue anything and walked away and took another room nearby. Don't book this hotel by looking pictures. Exterior is not welcoming, I doubt on interior as well.

FRAUD HOTEL. During Check-in, Front desk guy asked for OYO Booking ID. I showed him my mobile. He deliberately typed the Booking ID wrong in his Co-OYO app and told me that "Sorry sir, No room was booked under your name by OYO. But you can book directly now by paying money". I pointed out that he typed the Booking ID wrong and made him type it properly this time. A Room was indeed booked under my name. He then said "Sorry sir, you booked only for 1 member. Don't worry you can book directly now by paying money". I pointed out again in his mobile that it's clearly showing 2 members (me plus 1 guest). At this moment, I understood that he doesn't want to give me the room for OYO price at any cost. But, as my order was a prepaid one, He finally said that " OK sir, you can have the room but it's on 5th floor, no hot water will be provided, room will be very bad. No service will be provided. He told me that pay 650 rupees extra and you can have a deluxe room." My major concern is hot water/geyser. So, I paid the extra money and took a room in the ground floor. At the time of check-out, front desk guy asked for my mobile, placed it under his table and secretly gave his hotel a 5 star rating. I was tall enough to see what he's doing. As I was travelling with my wife, I didn't go into any verbal fight with them and left silently.
