Very slow service. A letter sent from Udupi reaches the Bangalore office the next morning. But it takes another one and half days to actually reach the recepient. (Total 2.5 days). Registered post is cheaper and quicker.

Very rude service .. pin code 576120 .. this professional courier agent wasted my 1week time , without providing tracking id.. finally said unable to deliver to said location.. then I sent same courier through India post which reached within 3days.. my only intention was to send courier at the earliest.. Second experience: Same agent said they can’t door deliver my shipments.. instead I will return to source location.. are they doing free service ? They speak as if they are doing a favour to me.. If you can’t run this courier service please shut than troubling customers..
