As I said, Mizoram Government workers are rude and lazy, nobody knows what they're doing, this is not very common in other parts of India. I feel like all the employees need to be fired even the highest rank and start it all over, it's nowhere to be fixed.

The staff at this post office are great. They are kind, smart, and very patient with people.Everyone was friendly. I got in and out quickly and without issue. There was free parking available.Very glad I stopped by!

It is a central government office. Employees are expected to be trilingual ( English/Mizo/ Hindi) or atleast bilingual (English and Mizo) . However, only one language ( Mizo) is spoken here, despite it comes under Central govt.

They are very slow and never really deliver goods on time. I've been waiting for my package for 1 month as of 11/10/2021..where is my package? When I track, it said it had already arrived in Aizawl at 11th September that is exactly a month ago from today since they were taking so long, my father had to go to their office and tried to pick up my package 1 week ago but guess what, they said the package left for "Siaha" in another district..what is the meaning of this?!!! So irresponsible, when I ordered my package I clearly put the shipping destination as Aizawl and even add a pincode, how can you ship that to other district when it is already in your office at Aizawl?? Please pick up calls too, 95% of the review says calls were never picked up or either they are unprofessionally and rudely delt with on rare occasions when they picked it up. Please keep in mind that your job is to receive and deliver people's packages, for sake it is a government agency, please be more responsible and respectful, it's really annoying when something you ordered isn't delivered in time.

I have a problem with my package details, so i try to track it, but everytime i tried it always said "details not found". So, i called the post office number which was given in google, the woman i spoke with was very inresponsible, she said she dont know nothing, speedpost was in downstair and i ask her to give me their contact number and she didn't even knows their number or didn't have any clue where i can contact them... And then she ask me do they call you? and i said no and she said they will call you if anything happen so just wait and she hangup.. Please be responsible on your customer service line, or put someone who knows about his/her work and can communicate properly to your customers
