Worst possible service. My parcel from Gwalior is in Rajkot from 3 days and is booked for door delivery. No way to get in touch with them as no number is available to contact the rajkot branch and calling the customer care it just disconnects are you go through the tele calling press 1 press 2 etc process. I would rate in negative if possible. V-Trans is way better and even this guys dont have the courtesy to call and inform about the parcels availability.

KINDLY CONSIDER AS A -5 STAR RATING. Very poor service. Not on timely delivered the things. They are deliver after 4 to 5 days once they received the goods. Sometimes they delivered one week late also. ADVICE TO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT RAJKOT LEVEL. OTHER BETTER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT RAJKOT CITY.
