Very bad experience. They don’t know how to talk and respond nicely. Stupid people. And even speed post parcel are late. I have speed post the parcel it’s been more than 10 days and haven’t reached the destination and when I asked about the information they said there is no link and they are reluctant to respond. I don’t know what they think of themselves. They provide very bad service 😡

It takes 4 days to reach a parcel from New Delhi to Siliguri. And four days gone the Gangtok HPO can't deliver the parcel to me. Isn't this awful.

Very bad experience, they are very slow and does not care about their customer. I would say the staff i called was not initiative and they kept on delaying the date. I am not the type to leave bad review but due to such carelessness of the staff i had to.

My parcel isn't delivered to me it was dispatch from delhi in 07/01/23 through speed post but today is 19/01/23. It's been a 13 day's. I went to there office at gangtok but the staff are not able to give a proper information about my parcel... It takes 4 days to reach a parcel from New Delhi to reach Siliguri. And four days gone the Gangtok HPO can't deliver the parcel to me. Isn't this awful. The staff of gangtok post office is not so cooperative . Some of the staff talk to me so rudely. Some of them are busy talking with one another. As if I'm not there. They are not helpful.

They start at 9.30 in morning although the office time is 9 am Mostly I saw Bengali s running this place so that justifies 9.30. Overall cooperative staff. Post master was also cooperative but couldn’t help much when his employees weren’t there. No parking on this spot.
