This place is good. I wanted to shift to another state and I chose them. Packing was okay. My bike got scratches all over the right side including the exhaust cover which is on the right side. But the biggest flaw is that the mahipalpur unit of om logistics is very very very hard to locate. Only if you're a regular person to go there, then you know the route. Else it has no board, no hoarding and no logo of company to locate it. It's just a godown with office inside the godown for the supervisor and the managers. Not a very good experience with them. But overall the charges are marginal. You won't be getting a cheaper transportation than this.
