When talk to the cc the are saying the will try their best. They don’t have control over their logistics team.

Very worst courier service ever..I ordered some products in ajio..the order reached in 27th of October in ecom delivery center.still I didn't get my parcel.i raised complaint many times in ecom center. Worst delivery service. They executives at the office are totally irresponsible. They do not even respond properly. My order is delayed by 20 days and still I haven't received the order. Every time you visit the office they'll say " Kal aajaega". They don't deserve a single star.
