Monopoly of agents. You may have to Wait for hours for a simple deposit. I visited the office on Saturday to deposit in PPF Account. I waited almost 45 minutes in the queue at counter number 05. The counter clerk only freed 01 customer in this duration. 2-3 more such agents were there before me in the queue. All this scenario compelled me to give up. I returned home without doing a simple deposit.
