This is the worst courier company that I have ever seen. Seems like some fraud. As you can see from the reviews, most people have not received the item. I found out their warehouse with lot of difficulty and found my package there. They refused to handover sightling issue of OTP. Seems like they are doing some sort of malpractise behind the courier business.

Very poor service. No one informs the customers about arrival of their parcel. No direct contact numbers. When called, the system message says your parcel has arrived and will be delivered within 24 Hours. However, it never happened. My parcel from Mumbai arrived here on 05th April and until today after repeated request and complaints, nothing happened. As I came to collect it from their office, found the office closed without any staff in attendance. Pathetic service

Well this was my second order on meesho, anyway my 1st order was delieverd before the last delivery date. (Appreciate🙏). Now for my 2nd order,as per the tracking list product reached ktym by 4th may, last delivery date was on 10th. But still not delivered / contact from ecom express. So planing to go directly and collect the product from office. Fingers 🤞 crossed.

The customer care is so worse that you cannot even get a contact number or proper address of your nearest courier office which delivers your package. Update on 2022 Jan 22 - I had another prepaid order from JioMart which is undelivered for a week. When contacted the customer care told that there's a OFC delivery lock placed by the shipper which is not true. One of my friends had the same issue and he mentioned that Ecomm Express only delivers COD products and never delivers prepaid products. They didn't even return or cancel the shipment immediately instead keep them in their warehouse for the maximum available period to harass the receiver and shipper. ------------ One of the worst courier services. They won't deliver your items nor inform you about the product. I had an inbound shipment from Bangalore which has been held up with them for over 2 weeks. Every day they will update the status as "Out for delivery" but no one will contact you, nor deliver your product. Worst courier service, recommend not to do business with them. Wondering how several sellers in Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart etc. are shipping their items through this courier. I would have given 0 stars if there was an option.
