This is the worst ever courier service. They lack basic infrastructure like Customer Care. My packet took a full 14 days to travel from Howrah to Cuttack which is an overnight journey only. The pickup Personnel picks up the parcel bt doesnt handover it at the Hub for a week, obviously misutilises the cash collected. They dont care to revert back or respond to emails, complaints whatever. All in all they are hopeless people.

Worst behaviour of staffs. They havnt even sufficient delivery boy to different places. Leave different place, the place I belong only within 2 kms but they kept that courier for 2-3 days bcaz they hadn't their boy.
