The "uncle" sitting there thinks he owns the company. Rude towards customers and delivery boys. So harsh and rude. Apart from that, he charges more and fake promises and information. Booked a dtdc air and they sent it through less priority transport, through Road. Padamughal DTDC is much better than this one

Sent a parcel but never got delivered. The customer care isn't responsive. They can't retrieve sender or receiver details with the consignment number. Taken more than 10 days to respond to a grievance and all the did was note it down again. Happening for the second time.
