Horrible experience with the staff behavior. My courier reached to Gokak well in advance but local distributor not even informed to party after 5 day's. When I called for the status the staff doesn't even know how to talk customer. the language he used to me is not acceptable.. "I will only inform the party do whatever you want to do".. He should understand customer paid for this service.. In 1 word professional Couriers is waste of your time and money.

I chose one star because there is no option of choosing zero stars. They don't deliver the goods to ur address. You should go and collect it. The staff don't care for ur emergencies and neither they bother to enquire to give u a good service. All in all its pathetically run and needs Professional Courier to really think of an alternative owner if they want their reputation to remain the same. FYI my parcel took seven days to get delivered from Koppal.
