Received my express courier from UPS at ST courier office, Thrissur here on 20th September. The document already reached the courier office on 17th September. No communication received. I received a call from UPS courier office on 20th. I went to the ST courier office on 20th. The staff has no clue of the couriers reaching their hub. She asked me for the tracking number. I had to call the UPS courier service to provide them with the tracking number. Unhappy with the service provided.
