Total failure! I am traumatized for life by the "treatment" I got from this company...! I had ordered food supplement from the US while staying in India. It was a total nightmare!! DHL bombarded me daily with text messages, email and phone calls very inefficiently. They have hundreds and thousands of employees who do not speak to each other. Whatever documents one submits, the agent will not forward them. When calling the costumer care, one has to explain one's problem over and over - for weeks and weeks!! If you want to keep your sanity, never order anything with DHL in India!! DHL might work in other countries - but it DOES NOT WORK IN INDIA! They are unorganized, buerocratic and totally useless!! I got my article ONE MONTH (!!) after its arrival in Delhi, and I had to fight for it with hands, feet and teeth!! The tax was exorbitant and three times the price of the ordered article. I have only one word left for DHL India: Craziness personified!!!
