One of my orders got returned because they apparently couldn't get in contact with me.My bad that I was out of town and asked the delivery guy to bring it tomorrow. I visited their office day after to get my order and even the parcel was there but they couldn't give it to me because it was locked by amazon. The delivery guy never cared to call the next day and maybe it's not their fault at all. Maybe it's the procedure they were following. The guy in the main office was soft spoken but just couldn't help me because of the locked parcel thing.

COD deliveries has an option of refusing the order on delivery (I am saying this after cross checking with both Myntra and Amazon India) The delivery guy plainly said there is no such policy and forced for payment. This happened on 7 Jan 2019. He is the only guy with such unprofessional behaviour. 3 stars for rest of the delivery guys who were really polite and cordial.
