Punalur is a rural area, and the guys from your courier should know that they need to call the customer, not that send useless sms quoting delivery today etc and informing that the location is not detectable in this digital era. Guys need proper training of how to serve their company and the customers for their own development. Such a small area and just informing that location is not traceable is a disgrace or mockery on such employees, who have delivered even before several times. It seems that the agent and the guys delivery guys are all new.

Worst service ever. I ordered an smart watch and I got the parcel opened and even my watch is missing. When I called the delivery boy he dint pick up and then I checked the website the phone number is not added.when I checked all reviews,more saying bad experiences...bunch of irresponsible staffs who behaves unprofessionally. By considering all this amazon should ban this company.....with all the trust we are ordering products from Amazon and at the end of the day our experiences bitter and bitter.anway I am gonna raise an issue aganist this. ..each one should do

They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave. One of the worst courier services I have come across is Ecom express! It's been 5 days since my product reached the place and till now I haven't received it. Even registering multiple complaints, I haven't received any calls regarding the delivery! If I dont recieve the order within 2 days, I am going to file a case against them at at the consumer court!

Very bad experience... My product was rescheduled to next delivery because they cannot come to my place just to deliver my product, so I said that I also have another amazon product which is due the next day. So I said you can deliver both these the next day. But they returned it to the seller and didn't even showed some courtesy to call us stating the reason for the same. And it says that ECOM EXPRESS doesn't have an official office in Punalur, Kollam. Shame... With this one office, the whole ECOM express's name is getting damaged.

Very bad experience. They have not informed me that product is out for delivery. I came to know once i got message from amazon that product could not be delivered. Once i met them, i did ask about the same and even then they acted irresponsible. They told me " if you need the product pay money and collect it or else leave "!!. Such worst service and behaviour. !Complained about them to amazon team.
