Most unprofessional service. Their employees are liars. Every time there's a delivery pending, they will update a false status at the end of their shift like no one was home or couldn't locate the address. In reality, they do not give you a call. Each time I have a delivery with them, I have to complain multiple times. I am sick of this and hope e-commerce companies stop using Ecom express.
