Very worst for rural areas and better for cities. Order within India taken 2weeks to deliver. My order stuck in one branch for deliver and consignment redirected there is three days wasted. Finally comes to my nearest city branch and no delivery available in door step. Customer care are good supportive and proving reliable.

I have sent one parcel. The parcel contained a glass item, so I wrapped it in bubble wrap and properly packed. The transit peoples rough handed the parcel and they broke the glass item. They didn't gave any compensation. So unhappy with the service. It also took 2 weeks to deliver. Do not use their service
