Do not rely on them for urgent speedy courier services. They don't care about delivery timing. They delay the parcel by 1-3 days and expect more delays if festivals and public holidays are there. Buy your own threaded envelopes for letters of A4 size as they charge double for it. You can send whatever is not urgent, valuable or important with them.

Its worst delivery service compared to xpressbees bluedart etc if the parcel is to br delivered and shows in trsnsitvsince Saturday morning they ll deliver it only by Monday afternoon its not the first-time experience for me so i never recommend this service better go with other alternatives. When we ask they ll say its yet to come from their godown so if they can't do this in time why they continue this courier service

when u calling they talk very friendly. u feel good but can’t give u door step delivery. every they tell take ur courier evening. but ptaa nhi inki evening hoti kab hai. and when you track wha to game he alag chalta hai door close not responded etc. inni pyar se baat krte ho to courier be time se bhez deya kro office people all are good. but may this type mistaken by the courier delivery boy. every time ya to late hoga courier ya fr go there and take it. i give 4 star only office people. everything is good except this problem

I wish I could give negative stars! So badd service! They don't call and come, and if you aren't present at the delivery address, an sms is sent to your mobile telling you to collect your courier and the place is so small that it takes them 10-15 minutes just to find your courier! Spend your money elsewhere will be my advice to customers.
