Worst courier service experience of Kota hub, they just don’t want to deliver it to your address. I mean why they call themselves as courier service if they want customer to come and pick up the parcel at their convenience. Pathetic class of people and pathetic service, no recommendation to anyone ever.

Hello sir, I am regular customer of yours. I am devotee of Lord shiva & I went to tirth yatra from there I got prasad and I wanted to deliver it to my daughter & son, so i courier it to kota city & second lalsot, dausa. Your courier agent told me that your home delivery is possible in kota but not in lalsot , dausa . For this you will have to pay more than the weightage amount or you have to receive the package at dausa center. I was knowing that , My daughter couldn't reach the dausa hub so I paid extra for home delivery so that she can receive the "PRASAD". but when parsal reached the dausa hub " She was only asked to received the shipment from main hub even didn't try to delivery , she was all alone in house with her kids so she was unable to move there for parsal as I was knowing all thats why I choose the option for door delivery Then ever all goes in vain my courier is coming back no one even tries to deliver it and it hurts me alot as a father that she didnt get the  #Prasad अब तक तो प्रसाद के पेड़े खराब भी हो गए होंगे शाहब   🥲 and as your regular consumer I am heavily disappointed.

So when i track my order online, it shows that it has reached Kota yeatrday only(tuesday). when i called and asked them by what time can i expect my parcel to be delivered, they replied that by saturday, and the lamest reason she has was they deliver only 2 days a week. Like wow, then why do you charge so hefty for your services if it cant be delivered on time. Charge low according to your poor services, not hefty prices and fake claims of delivering parcel within few days. really disappointed, your service really sucks big time, bro !!! i really doubt if it will be done by saturday or not.
