I visted the office during 15:00 hrs and experienced worst customer service. The lady sitting on the counter was not willing to answer my querries and was replying vaguely. Moreover she was on video call during the whole encounter and was paying no attention to her customers. I request higher authorities to take some action against her or atleast teach her a lesson so that she can understand how to deal with her customers.

Worst coustomer service. They start behaving rude when they did not do their tasks at time. They don't even bother to call if some courier remains undelivered. It took 12 days to get my domestic courier which was just 200km away.
