Very poor service on 22th October 2021 they receive my shipments but still not yet deliver .. there is not one shipment2 or more still with them... and while delivery also irrespective behaviors delivery staff

one of the worst service provider , the guy working there will not call you once he received our courier we have to regularly followup for the parcel , once parcel reach there office when we go to pick up the courier he close the door and went somewhere , i have waitied three days to get my courier and the guy giving some useless explanation , always closing the office will open according to his free time , no working hours there.
