Worst service recieved by any other courier service. They don't deliver parcels at their locations, instead they keep at their office. My parcel was to be delivered on 16 may but till 19 may they neither delivered nor call us. When I call them, they said we will check and you will get it by evening. In evening I again call them and visit their office they said we deliver only in markets, you have to collect it from office by yourself. Then they give fake excuse we were calling at the given no. But no. Was out of service. Then they said it was a single parcel to be delivered at your location. It means we have to order 3-4 parcels or we have to wait till they get more deliveries at my location. If there will be option to give no stars I will prefer that then. Never choose this service for courier.

Pathetic service from them. Don't even know whether they deliver to a particular service station or not but take the money and then the destination centre refuses to deliver to your location and threatens to return the parcel. Their toll free customer service is much worse. Do not listen and disconnect the call saying we can't help you. Get in touch with the sender. Pathetic
