Not a reliable courier company.. Many of their offices don't have door to door delivery, even within a range of 1-3 kms. ( From Haripad to Pallipad either ). Some Staffs are rude, they will say, If you don't pickup from office, we will send back the Parcel .

A Courier was sent to me by my brother From Trichur to Gurupuram Alleppy to my address. I received a call from their Vellakinar officetoday informing that it has been received and calling me to that office to collect It is against the principle of courier which says that the delivery should be made at the doorstep If you are not covering our area for home delivery it should have been informed while booking so they could have chosen other methods rather than asking me to collect from the office I have to travel around 10 km to come and collect
