Ours aadhar card sent via speed post from bangaru on 18/04/2022, reaches Racecourse post office on 22/04/2022. Status for one day shows out for delivery and without attempt to deliver status showing adress not traceable? No one ansers fone calls for long duration. These fatty elefants are fed with our taxes. It hurts so. Postal deptt needs to be privatised for better services and saving tax payers money.

Extremely 3rd class 3rd world department.... people in most government office feel so bored to do their job.... then we talk about progress... when I will reach home.is the only thing on their mind...expressions they have as if its free labour they do ans favour on us, forgetting their salaries comes from our taxes. I ihave 100s od parcels getg delivered to me on my address from diff courier companies with exact same address as on my parcel which is adhaar card, they have approved the address but This post office sits with my parcel without a single attempt to deliver and clasays address is incomplete...

This is the main post office at Race Course Road. All major offerings of post office are available here. However there are a lot of issues and incompetent post office management here. The counters are terribly slow.. there are several available counters and many office stuffs.. however they keep only a single counter open for all postal needs (speed post, registered post, parcel etc). This makes the post office crowded. Every time I have visited the post office th queue is at least 10&12 people long while all other counters are inoperational. The post office is located at the first floor of the building making it very difficult and often impossible for old age people and handicaps. The sorting office at ground floor can be sifted to the first floor keeping the post office at ground floor.

To whomesoever it may concern. This is to bring to your kind notice that I was literally mentally harassed for opening a savings account by the employees of race course sub post office Vadodara Gujarat who made me come twice to the post office and not answering or assisting for form filling for savings account.I was told that for opening savings account the timings are 9am to 12 pm one day .On second day the person told me that she has lots of work and she can't do this form filling assistance.Although no such information was officially posted in the post office.Despite all the employees were sitting free .After that disappointment I decided to go to the sevasi sub post office for the same.There also the person incharge told me that he is short of staff so he will not open an account there and directed me to T.B sanatorium sub post office.The best part is that these people are taking salaries for 9 to 5 pm job and working only 9 to 12pm. I was accompanied with my senior citizen mother and we kept on moving from one post office to the other for opening a. Savings account.All in vain.The staff doesn't want to work.Hopeless service.RTI should be duely filed against the post master of this post office just because we don't speak up they have their way out.I am filing a complaint right away on the India post site and twitter I g as well to the PM Office.Will not let these people go away like that.

My speed post tracking shows that adresse is not located. Great surprise as my home is never locked and atleast one or two members are always present. When varified with watchman he told no postman came and my PO Box is also without delivery. Hope you take a note and deliver it.

Worst experience ever. Such uncooperative and foolish staff. They themselves don't know what they ard doing there. You ask someone something and he'll go and ask about it to someone else and the cycle continues. Poor response and service. Kept me waiting for 2 hours. Dear sir and mam Race course post office ki service sab se bekar hai kabhi koi kam time se nahi hota har bar let kar te hai is bar mera ATM CARD 3 month se mere home nahi aaya and calls bhi kabhi attend nahi karte hai or reply nahi Dete agar ap log service nahi de sakte to office khol te kuyu hai or ha ap sab se ek request hai ap log office ban kar do kisi insan ko tafalik to na ho kabhi vese bhi ap koi kam to karte hai nahi.... 🙏 🙏🙏 thank you so much

I did Speed post, it reached racecourse SO which is speed barrier and now the mail is stuck for days.... Liers give wrong input in the tracker (never attempt delivery and write that attempted and cannot locate, stupids as if mail box flat or the building vapourised ) and interface of Indian post and grievance is so user friendly that it would take eon for the complaint to reach to some babu...

As all the employees are providing zero services and no proper response to our queries I would request everyone to please report a complaint in their complain book which is available in every post office and they can't deny to produce that to you.Also please complain on all media platforms.Go live when you are dealing in this sub post office and post the video or tweet on India post and cmo and pmo accounts.Just because we keep silent they are having their way out.
