Firstly they said we are one consignment, Then they said, we got your consignment envelope bt nothing inside it Aftr contacting head office, they said we found ur consignment.. and wl be delivered soon.. and delivered in this manner.. They are not even replying in mail.

They won't deliver on time. To talk to them on phone also you will need to excel in your phone number goggling skills. It's not easy to track the courier as even if courier has reached your destination hub but still they may take week to deliver.. why? Just like that. No reason given whatsoever
