Please avoid this courier service. They are utterly unprofessional. They will keep your parcel in the destination city for many days and make silly excuses like weather is bad or we visit your area once a week. Kids can come up with better excuses! Also super rude delivery boys. Rather go for speed post, hundred times better than these.

My courier was delivered to office of courier service on 29 June and they approached me on 27 Jul to inform tht delivery of the same is not possible as it it out of coverage area and said collect from office which is just 4km from my home

Before I start, my shipment no. Is 20314200063691 I stay at Patiala cantt, Now about the service it’s PATHETIC, they simply don’t deliver the product u have to go tho their office and pick by your self evn if it’s the smallest courier. They have given me call and told me I have to pick my courier by myself I told them to come to my resident he denied he told me they can’t come to army cantt I told him I ll come out of the cantt he still denied, I cancelled the order, if u can’t deliver please stop this business it’s all about delivering the product in which u failed. Form next time I would definitely go for other courier services.

My spouse had sent me courier from patiala to delhi. 21014200022316 is the Tracking number of the parcel. When i receive the parcel it seems to be open and packed again. When i open it i found one article is missing. I called their customer service number but it put me on que 3 times i tried. My brother called the pick up point but they raise their hands that they can not do anything. Either change the name of the company becoz it belongs to God or find culprits and throw them out

hopeless service and unprofessional people. specially incharge of kidwai branch of kanpur. i sent rakhi for my brother and it reached at his office on 24th july for final delivery . even though they didn't deliver before rakhi(3 aug) it at my folks place . god knows why.. and on top of that , when i called him to about my parcel , then this person has the audacity to say " mujhe nahi pta apka parcel kidhar gaya, subah subah dimag na khrab karo, apne ap dhund lo ja ke parcel ko." such kind of unprofessional people they hire or what .. they only knows. but i will never recommend this courier service.
