I got the appointment for 12:15 and they call me at 1.30..facilities are limited and applicants are more. If you can it is better to go pssk thrissur, there you can finish your work in few minutes. And finally the messaging facility is not proper and service is also delay. Today is the 3rd day after police verification and i didnt get even dispatch message for my pcc.

Very good service at the Kendra. Staff memebers are helpful and friendly. We could finish our work witin 45 minutes. Please make sure that the documents you carry have the right details to avoid last-minute hitches. There is a parking area for vehilces just adjacent to the Kendra. Parking fee for cars is Rs30.

Everything is systematic and expected a time delay but to my surprise, all the process ended in less than 1.5 hours though there were many people present..With just 3 people they were able to manage the crowd. If all your data is ready before approaching them, then u don't have to re-visit. Everything is transparent.. Only problem I observed is the officer is from North and he is not able to communicate in regional language (Malayalam) instead he was using national language, which I felt creates trouble to a few..
