Shree Martuthi Courier Services is not recommended due to extremely poor services. Despite booking on April 1st, the delivery was not made until April 13th, and the status was falsely updated as "delivered". I had to personally collect the package, and there was no satisfactory explanation for the delay. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory and disappointing.

Totally unreliable courier service. My parcel took 6 days to reach udupi from Mumbai. It reached Udupi on 27th September. Still I have not received it. While tracking, it shows they already delivered it on 30th september morning. But I have not received it. Neither have I received a phone call regarding same Never send anything via this courier company.

Absolutely hopeless service & delivery...a product dispatched from Mumbai on 9th September, hasn't been delivered to me at my clinic in Manipal as on 21st...m stranded outside their shop since last 30 minutes with the premises left unlocked & parcels lying out in the open...no response to phone calls either....zero seriousness

Very bad servicing.They keep parcels for a week without evn intimating the customer unless the customer calls and enquires for the same. Not only once it's been repeatedly happening and I have stopped using this courier service.

Very bad courier service....they have no value for your time(as they mention in their tagline)....they purposely delay the delivery giving meagre excuses like rain(when does it not rain in manipal??🙄). Finally I had to go collect the parcel myself....never choosing them ever .again....big mistake.

Worst service I have experienced with a courier. My package was arrived and was with the courier. A day passed but didn’t get my parcel. Phone numbers don’t work half the time or they pick up too late. Service provider told that he had too many parcels to deliver and will be only delivering to whom he received call from ! He promised to deliver by evening. But when called-up again, he said they are different location and would take more time by giving excuse of rains. Finally had to go myself to pick my parcel. What kind of service is this ! What are they charging courier fee for ?

My courier took more than 12 days to reach. Though the parcel had arrived the destination by a week they took more than 5 days to deliver it to us. N the worst part is the courier person who spoke rudely n is least bothered to even inform that they weren't able to deliver the parcel. I request not to opt " Maruthi Courier Service".

Worst service they say near the locality n keep phone busy. When it's urgent, these people are so irresponsible . Even though the courier has reached the office two to three days prior n still not delivered. Useless service
