Very bad experience with them recently. I went to post rakhis to my cousin who lives in Spain. But a staff member wrote abusive language on it. Many people of my locality had same bad experience with them. When my cousin got rakhis ,he was shocked & he informed me immediately. When I went there, staff members were not willing to listen to me. Due to work pressure staff members often do this in frustration. I am sure staff member of this location did this.Please don't go there to post anything otherwise they would create misunderstanding between you & your relatives by writing abusive language on letters.Not everyone is fortunate like me who has relatives with great understanding.
