I would not at all recommend this worthless courier facility to anybody. The delivery office asked me for 230 bucks as a bribe just to get the at-door-delivery, while the courier charges were prepaid for the destination already. This is a security threat to every one and I would advise to discard this company every time whenever you get across.

such a bogus company, the toll free number never connects, no matter how many times you have filled the call back form, no one calls back and you don't even get any acknowledgement. in the tracking status, a parcel is struck at the same place (karnal station)since 5 days. the branch office is not even bother to answer call for status updates. Such a sad state. I might need to visit the local office and pick the packet by myself, if at all they have my parcel with them(which I highly doubt).
