Worst pathetic services post office. Went twice to send the parcel and waited more than 2 hours each but failed. They just wasted the time of people, took more than half a hour per person to send parcel/speed post. Their egoism are too high as govt. employee they won’t care or concern about the citizen. Mislead information about parcel 📦 weights on board they say 35 kg but they put the limit at just 20kg at the moment without prior info. Didn’t accept online UPI payment/ card payment only cash they will ask. This photo i posted: just slap if you have a chance pathetic govt. employee with biggest ego. May be complained to head office later. 👎👎

Spacious, accessible, with adequate parking. There is much potential to improve utilization of space and manpower. Customer relations are average, but it's a relief that I have not experienced rude behavior here. Queues have typically been 3 to 5 persons long at mid-day.

Staff behavior not good. Aadhar card registration and correction centre also here but for this you will have to appointment . As post offce- all needful services are available like speed post, courier service and bulk post, post office bank etc

I usually post my parcel from this post office.... I had good experience but today the man in counter no.1 threw back my packages when it was wasw and tapped with fragile.. i did not know how to react.. it just made me off. I understand they must be tired or they are having bad day but it doesn't justify by throwing ones parcel. He even charged higher for the package.. i could have argued back but i didn't wanted to spoil mood for myself and him and everyone who were in the line. Just hoping for better service next time i i visit.

Worst service. Didn’t deliver my speed post on time but updated the status as delivered. Also you can expect them to never take any calls. Tried reaching them for two days continuously and eventually had to go there in person to collect the speed post. What good is speed post if have to collect my own package after days of delay? Didn’t expect such sloppy service in the nation capital.

Good service by post office, selling many product even #GangaJal is available here for Rd. 30/- per bottle. It's opens till 8 pm for speed post. Automatic slip system for customer. Overall good look and good services.

Its an post office situated near hauz khas metro.It has four counters and one seperate counter for aadhar updation.lunch occurs around 1pm over here.There are various snAcks shops outside the building.Outside the building you will also find a person who does packaging of items.

The opening and closing time (10am -8pm) of this post office is amazing. It’s approximately 1 km from Hauz khas metro. So you can send your doc or whatever after office time too.

Staff is very polite and cooperative updating adhaar card is done in a room behind the post office. If you are coming here to update your aadhaar card then you need to reach before 8:00 AM and stand in queue the forms are distributed between 9:30 and 9:40 AM (Only 20 forms are distributed each day) the guy doing the update comes after 10:00AM after filling the form you have to wait for your token number. Aadhaar card update is done till 2PM.

Very fast service. It charged 188₹ for 1390gram. No crowd around 2 pm. Stichers are available outside the post office. They stitch in budget. Overall better service. There is atm also which can be used. No crowd at atm

Decent post office in Hauz Khas. You can avail services like posting your mails, registered post and speed posts. It opens even early than 10:00 am and you can speed post your mails at a nominal extra surcharge. Also there is western union money transfer facility. In addition, one can avail India post banking facilities, including RD, saving accounts, sukanya samriddhi accounts, NPS, National saving certificate, KVP etc.

Like other post offices, Hauz Khas Lost Office (110016) also provide all postal related services. It remain open for long hours till 8 pm which is additional feature of this Post Office. Sitting arrangement must be provided so as thorough orientation of staff which cannot be said to be professional. This post office is popular for sending parcels to overseas for which one can see persons sitting outside PO helping stitching parcel packets at nominal rates. HK PO is located neat IIT FLYOVER adjacent HK Telephone Exchange. One can park vehicle just outside PO for free. Bus stop is located just in front of it. 📮

cash withdrwal, deposit,. NSC, PPF tasks are entrusted one single counter and thus attracting long queues while at the same moment the other counter remains silent..... Atleast there should be two separate counter for deposit or withdrawl so that the customers does not have to suffer for longer waiting time
