Really there is no need to give even a star to this collection point but I cannot write a review without a star. I had a courier from pondicherry to my home which is 2.6km by road from their attingal office. A great lady from their office rang me up and told there is a parcel for me. I told her thanks for informing you can deliver it to my home. She replied sir your area is not serviceable. I asked her why is it to because I have a road which is used by large tippers and my home is 2.6km away from your office. The road was still there when I left my home today morning. Then she asked me what's your location.I replied her are you now checking my location after saying its non serviceable. you can search in google map with the address on the box you will find the location precisely. She replies me back that she doesnt use google map and disconnects the phone abruptly. And doesnt pick up when I return the call. Now the address on the box clearly contained the home name, residence association and house number, locality. My understanding is they are reluctant in delivering the parcels to home because they take time in finding the address. They try to utilize the human behaviour to get the things which we have ordered asap without wasting time, so that we end up rushing to their office to collect the parcel. What I would suggest to everyone who uses their service stick to your demand of getting the parcel delivered to your home if your location isnt far away from their office. They are running a courier service it's not a collection point for customers. I was trying to bring this attitude of this office to their senior management including their ceo Mr. Siju Abraham but unfortunately I couldn't get hold of his email I'd. If any one has please do reply back.. I had contacted their HO since the branch in charge isn't responsive to customer complaints and thanks to the open mindfulness and support provided from the head office the issue was resolved and the second parcel was delivered to my home but the delivery executive reiterated that my home 2.6km away from their office is not serviceable to which I have sought clarifications. I'll be updating on the happening here.After this i have been always ensuring that none of my suppliers use professional. Almost an year after the above incident one of my suppliers by mistakenly send the parcel via professional. On 16/6/23 morning i got a call from their Attingal office informing that there is a parcel and to go there and collect it. I informed tha gentleman on the other side that my location is so and so and professional courier had delivered to my home before also. After an hour or two i got the parcel delivered to my home. So i have changed my rating to 3 stars.

I don’t know how they keep going all these years. For all the past years till now, they haven’t delivered any of the courier to the door. We have to go and receive from them. Some of the deliveries have returned coz we couldn’t fetch it from them on time. They won’t do the door delivery. Pathetic.
