The person behind the desk is the rudest person you'll ever find. I gave 2 stars because my things were delivered at the least. I think consumer satisfaction should always be the top priority. These people take it to a new low when they hang up on you while you are talking or with their 'don't care, don't bother me' attitude. Can't speak about other branches, but the College Square, Cuttack branch is absolutely pathetic.

The courier is worse and the in charge sitting in college chak counter ..they expect us to collect package from 45 kms ..so imagine how worse their services are ...all stars here nothing but fake .if you don't believe then do the transaction and know why ...not only here across indian Maruti has become bad to worse !
