For delivering one document cover from Kalamassery to Kakkanad they took 10 days and when called to enquire about , they were arrogant and were using poor language ..registered a complaint but no response is seen even though got a complaint reference number ..

Worst service you'll ever get. Only in name they carries professional but don't expect any ethics or professional from these people. Customer need to go to their office and collect the courier and this happen to me multiple times.
