The Professional Couriers, Kodad, Telangana

Workers at this store are not professional. This store is a bad mark for such a big courier brand. He promised me an express delivery which was expected to reach within 2 days. But he sent my package in a regular service which took more than a week to get delivered. I clearly asked him for express delivery fees and made sure it is set for express delivery. He took the money and sent my package in regular service due to which all my food got spoiled. *** DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGES AT THIS STORE or any professional courier in kodad.*** Professional couriers is a big brand. Use some other store outside of kodad or prefer any other courier as people at this particular store are liars and fakers.

Supposed to receive a package from Delhi to sathupally but it went back from khammam without reaching the destination. Nobody responds when we tried to ask customer care. Logging a ticket is also hectic tthey need more details to fill

Worst service I sent a pakage in sept14 courier to assam (hojai) it reached assam ted bound after 2 in days days but till now i dint recived my courier . I tried to contactc their customer care but they are also inresponsive . I dnt think i ll get it back again
