Dear Shiprocket Team, With Regards to AWB No.: 4867518863901 (Secured Shipping) delivered in complete damage condition on team your carrier team had damaged on 2022-04-26, we have filled claim 100% when it not in condition to use the product and some parts were stolen/lost from inside the box. it has been more than a month your team keep asking for proof of photos/videos and playing around. kindly take action and provide us resolution asap (we have attached pictures for proof).

Cons - 2 reasons: 1. pickup exception - delayed pickup on average 2 days on all consignments 2. Customer support: Unable to raise complaint - some error or the other. Its troubling especially when it says you cannot raise complain on the PICKUP EXCEPTION status. Pros: 1. Really good website & interface 2. Once call gets connected its all smooth 3. Completely organized 4. good pricing Would love to change this review soon as things fall in place.

What can I say about such an unethical company that hasn’t already been said? Fake delivery attempts causing us to pay double for an order that never gets delivered but worst yet losing the trust of the customer or in most cases the customer itself. Secondly, absolutely appalling customer service - no proper way of escalating issues, one issue requires countless emails which all come back with the reply - “resolved” Though till date not a SINGLE issue was ever resolved. Through call it’s even worse as they will listen to the problem, put you on hold and cut the call as per their convenience. It has truly been a nightmare since we started working with Shiprocket and I strongly urge people not to do business with them.

Very worst company. Why you guys are running the business like this. My things were stolen by your team members. We have all the proof whatever asking from your team 2 months ago. But still there is no any action taken by your team. Instead of this I paid for insurance also. Such a irritating way you guys are working. Better to do some other business. Don't stole others things.

worst experience with this company. According to me this company does not deserve even one star. Completely fraud company misguiding its consumers. I am the sufferer since past one week and still following. Tried to contact its team. no one responded so far. The so-called support team is not coordinated and will lie My request to all my friends, please please don't take services of this courier company otherwise you will suffer a lot...... Highly recommended not to take their services even if they provide you free of cost
