They have the worst customer service .my parcel arrived at angamaly on 5th may and till now they didn't deliver the parcel .I called a number which I got from one of my friend and they told that they have no courier boys available. I don't understand 'courier service doesn't have a courier boy to deliver the parcel'.Then why they open such firms???

Maybe they tried to be good, but not worked with me. I got there to pick my courier, and I had to wait for 20 minutes to receive my package which was reached them 4 days ago. I tried to reach them through the phone, but it took entire 4 days to get in touch with.

We tried ordering a mobile phone through amazon. The package showed "out for delivery" via Ecom Express on September 12. The delivery guy tried calling once only, but we were not able to pick the call then. When we tried to call the delivery guy , there was no response. We also tried to contact the "Ecom Express" customer care via email and call multiple times, but no use. Please stay away from this seller.

Ecom Express is a terrible terrible courier service. Won't even attempt to deliver the item. Covid now makes it even more convenient excuse for them. Never even attempts the delivery and returns the item without even intimating the customer. I was expecting 2 couriers from 2 different online shops and unfortunately the courier partner was Ecom express. Same fate for both. Reached the nearest hub and stayed there for almost 10 days. No calls, no information. Then they send it back, rightly so because after so much delay I didn't them any way. If they take covid as an excuse, in the same timeframe I got 4-5 deliveries from other courier partners like Amazon, Delhivery and ekart and all of them did it without breaking any covid protocols, keeping social distance and properly wearing masks etc. These guys finding it too hard to do that it seems.

Worst Delivery service ever. I had an order which was supposed to Be delivered two weeks back . On the day of delivery I got a message that it’s out of delivery. After that no calls or nothing . Their website says pin code mismatch . But when I called the customer care it’s all the same and intact . No problem with pin code . I don’t know what’s the delay .
