Here both the employees do not want to reduce at all, neither do they believe in DG LOCKER, I came from Saudi on September 2021, while I went for passport RENUAL on 4th 2022, later wow, both the employees said that passport daimes has been done, it is renewed here. It will not happen, go to Patna, it will cost 3000 rupees, then I went to Patna, people didn't say anything there and my passport was renewed, 5 star to Patna and 0 star to Gopalganj

Excellent Experience..!! The office employees are so humble and give proper instructions for easy documentation. It's great to see a PSK in gopalganj now things are easy as compared to 3 years back. Now we no longer go to Patna for the verification process. You just have to carry proper required documents for verification. Good Luck ✌ ❤

Good service but I want to mention one thing that staff of this office is not on time. Now i want to tell my experience I got the earliest appointment for verification of document . Time in the appointment letter was 7:30am so I reached there on time but what i had seen there office was closed. It remains closed till 9:00am. All the verification procedure start at 9:30am.
