Worst ever courier service....I haven't recieved my parcel yet which was expected to reach by 30....status shows customer has refused but they haven't contacted us at all...I tried contacting them the delivery boy said he is going to deliver by evening for 3 consecutive days after that im not able to call him....complained on ecom express customer care also....but no response from their end too....do not choose this for any service
